WOYWW 112

Hello! As you can see, my desk doesn't look a whole lot different than it did last week:

But, I did get to work a little on my State Fair submission. The girly there will be a part of the finished painting. She's not even fully done, but I can't do anything more with her until I get the background started. Hopefully, I'll have a photo next week of that. Underneath her is a commissioned piece that I'm almost finished with. I didn't want to show that yet until I get permission from my buyer.

It's been really busy around my house. Preparing to sell is EXHAUSTING! The hubster and I cleaned out the garage over the weekend - in 100 degree weather! I've never had good timing, ha ha. But it's done and even if this house doesn't sell, everything we've done was really needed!

That's all I have this week. Please stop by Julia's blog Stamping Ground to view more lovely spaces!

Peace, Love, and Chocolate

  7. I'm moved a fair few times and I agree it is exhausting. I've no idea how you manage in that heat!

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU - I received my gorgeous crocheted bag and your beautiful card with its kind words. What a lovely package to receive and bring joy (no pun intended). Oh and I'm wasn't having surgery just monitoring because of ongoing heart problems that are either related or not to the MS (the jury is out). But your prayers and thoughts are very much appreciated - thank you for your kindness.

Hope the moving preparation continues to go well.
    Hugs
