I'm preparing my house for an Open House this weekend, while simutaneously trying to get ready for back-to-back weekends of Craft Shows (my firsts as an "artist").
STRESSED OUT!!!
I have to keep reminding myself that all of this equals blessings...
Open House = possibility to sell house.
Craft Shows = possibility to sell art!

This is not however, my first ever craft show. I did one about 8 years ago when I was making handmade cards. But this time, I feel a little more exposed. It's my art!!! Almost like my babies - and I'm putting them up for sale! What was I thinking? *smile*
Breathe in - breathe out. It will all be fine. This is all part of it, right? And I'm taking it all in. Getting some experience under my belt; learning and growing. And I'm meeting some amazing people in the process, which I hope to talk about more when things calm down!
Well, I better go. I have a lot to do!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So proud of you by BRAVE GIRL friend!! Show us your booth and tell us how it goes...any pointers for me would be great...seriously!!! My first show is in October!!

I'm right there with leslie . . . YOU CAN DO IT!!! I, too, am so very proud of you! What an absolutely exciting time for you . . . selling your art!!!!! That means this time next week, your art will be in someone else's home . . . sending inspiration and hope to a new friend. That is so thrilling to me, I am grinning from ear to ear! CONGRATULATIONS - and good luck! (I love how you displayed the cards in vintage bags in the photo above. SOOOO cool!) :)
