WOYWW 109

Before I jump into WOYWW, I want to let y'all know that there's a giveaway of a crocheted backpack from Robin Norgren from Well of Creations. To enter, just comment on this post. I will close comments at 8 PM (EST) and announce the winner tomorrow. Her work is AWESOME! I have one of her bags and love it!

Ok, now on to WOYWW.  I might as well post a nake picture of me, because the pic below makes me feel EXPOSED! But, I wanted to show how horribly messy my space gets when I get on a roll with projects.

I never really find the time to clean up - I just move from one project to the next - and sometimes don't even finish the project (like the painting propped on the futon)! I have another girly painting that I'm working on. And I'm going to talk a little bit about what these girls are for.

This is the completed project from last week:

And what I'm doing all this for is a new project. I plan to have a more detailed post about it soon, but basically, I'm starting a line called Sisterhood for my Etsy shop. A portion of the sale price will go to a local charity called Sistercare that assists and empowers abused women and their children. I'm so excited about this project - but there just doesn't seem like enough hours in the day to get everything done! But, I at least wanted to mention it today. I have a couple of prints available in my Etsy shop and hope to have more items available this week.

So, that's it for me this week! Thanks for stopping by. Please check out more spaces at Julia's blog, Stamping Ground!

Peace, Love, and Chocolate

    so sad,

and very very wonderful that you are doing something to Change our sad state of affairs,

    Big respect to You MAma

  9. Kudos Joyce, what a marvellous way to support - and how I love your girls. I like to think of you flitting from project to project and to me, a desk laden with paint is a thing of beauty, and a bit scarey!
