This weekend is coming to a close and I have to say it's been a pretty good one. We didn't have my son, so my hubby and I were able to relax and lay about. We saw a good movie Saturday and today took a drive to a semi-local state park to scope out camping sites for the fall. (It's too hot in the summer to camp in SC!)
I enjoy these kinds of weekends with nothing much to do. It helps to recharge the ol' batteries. I sometimes think people (including myself) put too much emphasis on "doing things", or "getting things done", that they forget to take time to relax and just spend time together.
Something for me to think about in the future. :-)
